About Spray Pre-Treatment
Product Description:
Our Unique design of the Spray PT Plant gives our customer a lower capital and operational cost. In the Spray type Pre-treatment process, a sequential arrangement of spray zones in a tunnel with their designated chemical process have their respective tanks which act as a reservoir of chemicals are attached beneath the spray tunnel to collect the overspray and the chemical to be sprayed on the components through the nozzle is also pumped from the same tank. This process is highly favourable when the production is high.
From our wide range of products, we offer optimum quality PT Plant. These industrial treatment plants are assembled using the most up-to-date machinery. We offer these treatment plants in a range of technical stipulations, as per the ever-evolving requests of our esteemed clients. Moreover, provided treatment plants are comprehensively inspected by our experts on specific parameters to bring a perfect assortment at our client's end.
Introduction:
The foremost step in surface coating begins with surface preparation. Preparing surface is the foundation process and is of utmost importance. Surface preparations involve removal of contamination (like oil, grease or rust) and make the surface ready for the coating. Wet or Dry pre-treatment, depends on the material to be coated and the contaminations on the components to be coated. Surface treatment includes Mechanical cleaning & chemical cleaning.
SSA provides solutions for degreasing, Phosphating, grinding, shot/glass bead/sand blasting, ionizing, Chromatising and zinc coating on the turnkey basis with requisite Material Handling and Automation. Chemical cleaning process can be classified into two engineering types Dip type and Spray type. Considering various parameters like the article geometry, article weight, volume of production and investment, the appropriate process is chosen. The chemical process remains the same for both types.

FAQ's of Spray Pre-Treatment:
Q: How does the spray pre-treatment coating equipment work for phosphatizing surfaces?
A: The equipment uses high-pressure spray technology to apply phosphating chemicals onto metal surfaces, creating a thin, protective phosphate layer. This enhances paint adhesion and provides effective corrosion resistance as a foundation for further coating.
Q: What are the benefits of using a phosphatizing pre-treatment system?
A: Phosphatizing improves coating durability, enhances paint adhesion, and extends the lifespan of metal components by providing excellent corrosion protection. It also helps achieve a smoother, more uniform final finish for coated products.
Q: When should this equipment be used in the coating process?
A: The spray pre-treatment system is typically used prior to painting or powder coating operations. It ensures metals are clean and properly conditioned for optimal coating performance, forming an essential step in industrial finishing lines.
Q: Where is this non-portable phosphatizing equipment best installed?
A: This equipment is best suited for fixed installation in factories, production lines, or surface treatment facilities that require consistent and large-scale phosphating operations. Its design is ideal for environments demanding high throughput and efficiency.
Q: What is the process involved in operating this spray pre-treatment system?
A: Operation involves setting up the system, loading metal components onto conveyors or racks, and initiating the spray cycle. The equipment will automatically dispense and apply phosphating chemicals, followed by rinsing and drying steps as needed.
Q: How can users benefit from the integrated protection system and 1-year warranty?
A: The protection system monitors operational conditions to prevent equipment damage, ensuring reliability and minimizing downtime. The 1-year warranty provides added security, offering repair or replacement in case of manufacturing defects during the warranty period.
